RCThink / TMP Minimalism Challenge Days 3-5 (I think?!)
With the big move occurring right now, I have been quite busy. So, I have cheated and combined days as I am throwing away a lot of stuff. I promise more articles to come very soon, but for now, the video was the easiest to pop up. By the way, the donation total has reached $57. Only $93 to go ladies and gents. Please donate!!!

Hi David,
I thank you for posting this vlog despite your being exhausted and while in the mist of packing and moving. I certainly appreciate that you are staying connecting with us in the mist of your current transformation. I’m totally impressed. And you don’t look exhausted … you look just fine.
I too have multiple copies of items: I’ve to two staplers, 2 three-hole punches, 6 nail clippers, 20 blank notebooks and pads, etc.
I took love Malcolm Gladwell. I’ve read Blink, and I look forward to reading Outliers.
I too have found money that I forgot I had.
Best wishes to you in your move, David.
Thanks for posting the vlog.
You’re the best.

David,
Would you show me how to get a person’s most recent blog to post at the bottom of their comment? That’s a great plugin.

Hi David,
I’ve been so busy with my new blog: studying online tutorials, adding widgets, drafting new posts, researching web host providers, and a host of other tasks (pardon the pun!). I did not one iota of minimalizing yesterday. But that’s okay though, because I’ll do more today.
I have a tendency to get sidetracked, which is one of the many reasons my place became so cluttered in the first place. I tend to take the first train smoking in my endless stream of daily thoughts. Whatever thought hits me first, I act on it -and away I go.
So … one minute I’ll be checking my PNC virtual wallet account and the next second I’ll be reviewing my blog stats (which has become very addicting. I’ve been checking my states 9-10 times a day at least! Stop the madness. lol).
AND NOW (drum roll please) a list of downsizing I’ve done since last friday
1. I sold 10 CD’s on Friday to the FYE music store.
2. I threw a host of small items on Saturday (at least 10)
3. I consolidated all my office supplies to one drawer, which before were spread across two drawers in two separate rooms.
4. Harvest Books will be coming to my abode on Friday to review and purchase books from my collection of 500.
I know I’ve done more. I just don’t recall because I did not take the time to diary my progress.
How do I begin to prioritize all the responsibilities I have set before me? New blog, bridge, voice acting! (sigh)
I’m really glad I followed your suggestion to start a blog, David. There is a certain accountability factor in that I feel compelled to remove things from my abode so I that I will have something to write about.
I am so excited! I now have my first subscriber to The One Minute Minimalist.
My next blog task will be to write a new post and figure out how to add the “more” tab so that all my posts don’t appears as one running page.
I love new beginnings.
Keeping it easy and breezy in the land of less,
Vita Reid
